Excelite Plastic has set up thermo forming work shop in 2005. We have introduced 4 bending machines. Thermo forming is also known as thermoplastic forming. The theory is the use of vacuum pump suck the heated soft plastic sheets of PVC, PET, PETG, APTT, PP, PE, PC, PS, PMMA, etc; or paste these plastic sheets adhered to the surface of the products of various shape. Thermo forming is one part of our vertical integration strategy; strongly support our core plastic business including polycarbonate products and acrylic products.
